  1. This podcast has given tools on how to identify negative thoughts and how to change them. I liked the four step process described: 1) identify the emotion that does not feel good, 2) identify the thought behind the emotion, 3)look for evidence to back up thought, 4)STOP looking for evidence to back up that thought and ask “Where is the opposite of that thought true?”
    This is the way to create more of what you want in your life…LOVE IT!
